What is the minimum term for a subscription?

Subscriptions run for a minimum of 1 month and automatically renew, if you don't cancel

Can I change to another plan?

Yes you can! Change your subscription at any time. Upgrades will take effect immediately, downgrades will become active after the minimum term of 1 month.

What are Viewer Minutes?

Viewer Minutes are the total amount of minutes your broadcast is viewed. This determines the traffic cost. For example: If 10 Viewers watch your broadcast for 10 Minutes each, you have consumed 100 Viewer Minutes from your contingent.

How will you bill me?

Once you buy a subscription, you will be billed in advance through our payment partner cleverbridge. If you have used additional traffic in a month it will be added to the bill for the next month.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel the subscription at any time and your account will revert back to a free Account at the next regular renewal date.

The monthly fee contains the use of the make.tv studio, the individual customization of your player and the included traffic. The minimum duration of a contract is only 1 month
Each account includes a certain number of viewer minutes. Viewer minutes are the total amount of minutes that are viewed. For Example: If 10 people watch your show for 10 minutes, you've consumed 100 viewer minutes
For exceeding the included minutes you'll be charged for every additional 1,000 viewer minutes. Exceeding the included traffic is not possible for Private and Free Account users
Storage for all recorded shows and uploaded files
Free Account holders can broadcast for a maximum of 30 minutes per day
With a Whitelabel or Business account you can have an unlimited number of concurrent viewers
Private, Whitelabel and Business Accounts are completely free of advertisements.

With a Whitelabel Account you can hide the make.tv logo and disable your channel on make.tv
An intelligent system secures your player from forbidden access
With a Whitelabel Account your can create up to 3 channels
The video export feature enables users export their show to a simple video file. This file can be downloaded and be used in any editing system or video-plattform.
This option is selectable in your channel options and allows to re-broadcast your live-show to any custom third party RTMP-Server/Service.
You can use our free iOS- or Android app make.tv-Broadcaster to send mobile Inputs form your smartphone or tablet into the make.tv Studio.
Viewers can watch live streams produced with make.tv on any mobile device as well as automatic switching of the quality corresponding to the network connection speed with adaptive bitrate.
