As a potential new customer, I would really appreciate to have more than 30 minutes a day testing time. This is the first time I am trying to set up a video online broadcast for my employer (an education institution), and I have to do a lot of testing, not only concerning your site, but also with our equipment, bandwidth. The 30 minutes are a serious obstacle to getting this project done in due time. I would need at least two hours a day... especially since I cannot work on this project every single day but rather would do it in "packages": On day 2-3 hours, next three days nothing... so, I think you should change your model in this respect.
