I'm interested in the answer to this before I start using make.tv. I'd like to know what backup system there is in terms of uploaded files and recorded shows.

If you are having problems like this, please use our support-form. This way we can act faster on occuring problems.
I had a look at your shows.
According to our log-files you did not record your shows. Our server did not receive a record-command and therefore did not record your shows. Is it possible, that you unchecked "Start record with start"?

Uploaded files and archives are immediately stored on two different and independent systems. We also backup all nessecary data on a third system.
