New partnership with Turtle Entertainment’s ESL

ESL’s largest e-sports event: Intel Extreme Masters in Katowice 2016

At this year’s IBC Make.TV and ESL, the world’s largest esports company, are presenting their new, jointly developed cloud-based 24/7 TV playout module.

The new tech solution has already been successfully implemented into two of ESL’s live 24/7 esports channels on Twitch, with more esports and gaming channels to follow shortly.

ESL and Make.TV jointly developed a special edition of the Make.TV live video cloud, tailored to the needs of gaming broadcasts. The 24/7 playout module is the first result of that collaboration, with more cloud based live production apps and tools for the global esports market to follow.

ESL will, in cooperation with Make.TV, offer technology solutions geared towards esports for flexible programming on streaming platforms, unique content and tailor-made licensing packages. By leveraging the flexibility of the playout technology, along with global TV licensing models and the production capabilities of ESL, the duo aims to increase the standard of broadcast productions in the industry with its newly developed tech offering. The 24/7 playout module is cloud based and therefore truly global; capable of broadcasting to Twitch, YouTube and any other live streaming platform on the market, in parallel. The application will enable ESL and its clients to create compelling 24/7 programs with pre-produced content as well as livestreams.
